Activities
Some things are easier to explore when we are walking, making or doing something alongside others. Waymarker offers practical activities, shared experiences and time outdoors that create space for conversation, companionship and discovery. Along the way, we may notice something of God, find fresh direction or simply enjoy travelling a little of the road together. You do not need a religious background or ready-made answers—just some curiosity and a willingness to take part.
Labyrinth
A labyrinth is not a maze, and there are no wrong turns. Its single winding path leads slowly towards the centre and then carries you back out again — offering a simple way to pray, reflect and become more aware of God’s presence along the road.
Waymarker labyrinth retreats create space to step away from everyday demands and make the journey at your own pace. With gentle guidance, periods of silence and opportunities for conversation, they offer a way to bring your questions, burdens or decisions before God—and to listen for what God might be saying. No previous experience is needed, and there is nothing to achieve—just an invitation to walk, notice and remain open to the next step.
With our mobile labyrinth, we can bring this experience to your setting. We can hold a retreat in one of our churches or work with a charity, community group or other organisation to create one around the particular needs of its people.
Walk With The Rev
Walk with the Rev is an opportunity to join Daniel for a walk, enjoy the outdoors and share a stretch of the road together. There is no set agenda and no pressure to be religious — just good company and space to talk about whatever matters to you. You might want to explore questions about life or faith, find your bearings at a difficult point in the journey, or simply enjoy the conversation.
And it does not have to involve walking. We could meet in a café or another suitable public place—or, if you are a biker, go for a ride together. If there is something you would like to talk about, get in touch and arrange a time to meet.
Waymarker is just beginning. More walks, workshops and shared activities will appear as the journey unfolds—so watch this space!
